Booking & Cancellation Policy-

Bronze Be You is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner.

Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it may impact many factors.

There is a $20 deposit required to book an appointment which is applied to your

Mobile Spray Tan Service.

APPOINTMENT REQUEST ARE HELD FOR TWO HOURS ONCE YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM BRONZE BE YOU. IF DEPOSIT & CONSENT FORM ARE NOT RETURNED WITH-IN THAT TIME FRAME YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NOT BOOKED NOR CONFIRMED.

SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS IS 30 MINUTES

If your appointment is canceled 24 hours prior to your appointment time, your deposit is returned. 

If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled with-in 24 hours of your appointment time, your deposit is forfeited.

During Your Spray Tan Appointment-

Females ~ You may wear as little or as much as you feel comfortable with. Disposables are provided.

Males ~ You are required to provide and wear underwear per FDA recommendations.

Cancellations-

You may cancel your Mobile Spray Tan appointment anytime up until 24-hours prior scheduled appointment time with NO cancellation fees.

Bronze Be You requires a 24-hour notice for the cancellation of your scheduled booked appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. This applies to all Bronze Be You Spray Tan Promos & Gift Certificates.

Clients who cancel their scheduled booked appointment less than 24 hours, will be required to pay 50% of their service that was cancelled in order to continue booking at Bronze Be You.

If you cancel your scheduled appointment less than the 24-hour window of cancellation and want to reschedule, you will be required to pay 50% of service canceled and the new service fee IN FULL to re-book an appointment.

No Shows-

Mobile~ If your mobile spray technician shows up to the appointed destination and there is a no show of client, the technician will wait 10 minutes from appointment time. After that, the technician will leave. If the client wants to re-book a mobile spray tan appointment, the client will be required to call directly and book a new appointment and pay 100% of the no-show spray tan service plus new service IN FULL.

***You will be sent a QR code for your $20 deposit to confirm your appointment.

All Items must be received with-in 2 hours of Bronze Be You replied email to avoid losing your appointment time.

Confirmation will be sent to you once items are received and only then is your appointment confirmed.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE VIA TEXT OR SPEAKING TO A LIVE PERSON.

CANCELLATIONS DONE BY EMAIL AND/OR VOICE MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
